• Membership is $5/month, which helps keep the space private, safe, and supported.

We keep SQSH intentionally soft, safe, and respectful. That means:

• No rage baiting or intentionally harmful content.

• No body shaming, bullying, or judging someone’s story.

• No unsolicited or action-based advice (like “you need to…” or “why didn’t you…”).

• Respecting others’ emotional space at all times.

Members who break these guidelines will receive strikes, and after three strikes, their membership can be removed.

Yes. If you want to stay anonymous, simply don’t upload a personal photo when creating your Circle profile.

You can use a cartoon avatar, illustration, or any non-offensive image that represents you without revealing your identity.

We love self-expression, but SQSH isn’t another platform for appearances or competition.
